Return policy

Customers have 14 days within which to return a product should they be dissatisfied in any way. Products must be returned at the customers own expense and should be unused, undamaged and in a re-sellable condition, along with tags and packaging. 

Refund

A full refund will be issued within 30 days from receiving the return by post. Alternatively, if a return is made in person at our local address, then a refund will be made at that moment.
